Jason has lived his entire life in Brentwood and grew up in a real estate focused family. His parents started Brentwood Property Appraisal, Inc. in 1994 which grew to the premier high end residential real estate appraisal company in California, New York and Florida. His grandparents sold real estate for 4 decades, his sister currently sells real estate and his uncle is a real estate developer. Jason has had a strong interest in real estate starting in middle school. He enjoyed going to his friends homes and learning about the different styles. He has invested in the stock market from the time he was 14 years old with a goal of investing in real estate believing that it is the best possible long-term investment to make. At 19 years old, Jason was proud to purchase his first property in Brentwood. Jason has also been very passionate about fitness and nutrition. After he finished High School, he became a certified personal trainer and nutritionist. He grew his training business into a full time career while also studying the real estate markets. He has transitioned into working as a real estate agent focusing on the neighborhood he grew up in. As a personal trainer and nutritionist, Jason developed a unique style of guiding his clients to meet their goals using his passion, experience and knowledge. He now applies the same principles to guiding his real estate clients through the experience of buying or selling a home.
